What is an epass? E-pass is analogous to an 'internet passport'; a pass that allows members to participate in ongoing contests on all our affiliated websites via a one-time registration only. Also, members will receive the latest news on promotional activity and running contests on all these sites on a regular basis. Does this mean that I will not need to register separately for
each contest? Yes, that is right. E-Pass allows your details to be stored in a database and each time you choose to participate in any ongoing web event, your details will be retrieved automatically. |

What type of information will I receive? As a member you will be the first to know what is happening on the affiliate website(s) you choose to subscribe to. We will send you monthly eNewsletters and updates on the latest events, promotions & contest! And yes, it's all free! |

Will I be charged a fee or
service charge to use E-pass? No. It's an absolutely free service. |

Does epass expire? An unused E-pass expires 6-months from the date of registration. |

Which sites are affiliated to epass? |

I click on the 'Listen Online' button but
nothing appears. You may have installed software that could be preventing the audio player from appearing. The audio player cannot operate properly if you install 'Popup-blocking' software, or activate the 'popup-blocking' functions of a browser extension (e.g. Hotbar or Google bar). All these software however do allow certain sites to be excluded from their blocking list. Please go through your software manual to enable popups to appear on the following sites to enjoy live audio and video netcasts: |

I forgot my password, what should I do? If you forget your password, just click on the Forgot Your Password (http://www.epass.com.my/cgi-bin/epass/v4/retrieve/) link found on the E-Pass registration page. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address which you registered with, your login ID or your NRIC and we will email you your password. If you are still unable to retrieve your password, just contact us at support@mit.net.my for assistance. |
